Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
This policy explains how LeadHub (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data through this website, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for that data. You can reach us about anything in this policy at andrewlaniganbusiness@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form
When you send us an enquiry we collect your name, email address, your message, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number and company name. We use these to respond to your enquiry and, where you have consented, to contact you about our services. Legal basis: consent, which you give via the unticked checkbox on the form.
AI Estimator
If you request a follow-up from the estimator, we collect your email address together with the industry and monthly budget you selected, so our follow-up is relevant to what you asked. Legal basis: consent.
Booking a call
Strategy calls are scheduled through Calendly. The details you enter there (name, email, and anything you add to the booking form) are processed by Calendly under Calendly’s privacy policy and shared with us to run the call.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent (via the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs. These tools set identifiers described in our cookie policy. If you decline, none of them load. Legal basis: consent.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with the services that run our business:
- Our CRM — enquiries and estimator leads are stored in our customer system so we can follow up.
- Slack — new enquiries are notified to our team workspace.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes server logs.
- Google, Meta, Calendly — as described above, only with consent where required.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and lead data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where you have consented to marketing contact, until you ask us to stop. We review stored leads at least every 24 months and delete those no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it, or complete it if incomplete;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- give it to you or another provider in a portable format;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting what happened before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, email andrewlaniganbusiness@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
